ESG
Single-pane safety glass (ESG) is a thermally toughened glass with increased resistance to bending and impact, which shatters into small, blunt-edged fragments when broken.
ESG is manufactured by controlled heating and rapid cooling of float glass. Due to the tempering process, it is about five times more break-resistant than standard glass and meets high safety requirements. It is frequently used for showers, glass railings, glass doors, facades, and wherever safety glass is required.
