ESG clear is a thermally toughened safety glass based on transparent float glass, the classic and most versatile version in the ESG glass range. Due to thermal toughening, it has a significantly higher bending and impact resistance than standard flat glass. In the event of breakage, it disintegrates into small, blunt-edged glass fragments, thereby significantly minimizing the risk of injury. With its clear, translucent appearance, it blends seamlessly into modern architecture and interior design, whether as a glass door, partition wall, table top, or shower enclosure. Manufactured in Germany and meets the requirements of DIN EN 12150.

Anyone requiring visually neutral, color-pure glazing without a green tint should choose ESG extra-clear from Christian Adamer GmbH instead, which is based on low-iron extra-clear glass.
