Our Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We deliver our products throughout Germany – depending on size and weight, either via parcel service or freight carrier. Smaller items are generally shipped via parcel service, while large-format or delicate glass products are delivered securely by freight carrier.

The delivery time is generally 3–7 working days; for freight shipments, it may take a little longer. You will receive a confirmation with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Additional information:

• Shipping costs are displayed at checkout.
• Shipping is free for orders above a certain value.
• Scheduled deliveries via freight carrier are possible by arrangement.

Returns, Exchanges & Complaints

Should you not be satisfied with a product or discover any damage, please contact us immediately via the contact form or by email at info@glas-adamer.de.

We will review your request as quickly as possible and find a suitable solution – whether it be a replacement, repair, or refund.

Important information:

• Glass products that have been custom-made to measure are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
• Please check your delivery for any transport damage immediately upon receipt.
• Report complaints within 14 days of receipt.

Your payment – simple & secure

In our online shop, you can pay conveniently and securely with Shopify Payments. We accept various payment methods such as credit card, PayPal, Klarna, Sofort (instant bank transfer), and Apple Pay.

All transactions are processed via an SSL-encrypted connection to protect your data. Your payment information is used exclusively for processing the order and is not stored on our servers.

Additional information:

• Business customers can also order by invoice upon consultation.
• The amount will be charged immediately upon completion of the order.

Our Guarantee Promise

Our products are manufactured according to the highest quality standards. Should you nevertheless discover any defects, we naturally stand by our responsibility.

Depending on the product, a statutory warranty period of 24 months from receipt of the goods applies.

Warranty terms:

• The warranty covers material and manufacturing defects.
• Damage caused by improper handling or assembly is excluded.
• In the event of a complaint, please contact our customer service department directly.

Order Status & Tracking

As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link, which you can use to view the current status of your delivery.

For freight shipments, delivery is arranged in consultation with you – the freight carrier will contact you directly to agree on a suitable delivery date.

If you have a customer account, you can view and track your orders at any time in the My Account section.
